The specific scope of services for each client is defined in a separate written engagement or service agreement.
3. Engagement, fees & payment
- Fees, billing frequency, and scope are set out in your individual engagement or service agreement.
- Monthly service plans are billed in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- One-time cleanup or project work is quoted separately and may require a deposit.
- Late or unpaid balances may result in suspension of services until the account is current.
4. Client responsibilities
To deliver accurate work, we rely on you to provide timely, complete, and truthful information — including bank statements, receipts, access credentials, and answers to our questions. You remain responsible for the accuracy of the underlying source data you provide and for reviewing deliverables we prepare.
5. Not tax, legal, or financial advice
Our services are bookkeeping and QuickBooks services only. We do not provide tax, audit, legal, or investment advice, and nothing on this Site constitutes such advice. For tax filing, legal, or financial-planning matters, please consult a licensed CPA, attorney, or financial advisor.
6. Confidentiality
We treat your financial information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as necessary to perform the services, as authorized by you, or as required by law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, QB Billing Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the services giving rise to the claim in the three months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the engagement agreement. Upon termination, any outstanding fees for work performed become due, and we will assist with a reasonable hand-off of your QuickBooks file and records.
